The women of Sinasos wore, every day, jackets and waistcoats in bright colours with intricate patterns, plain skirts, white shirts, aprons, sashes and headscarves. The colours and the quality of the cloth showed age, marital status and means. When they left for Greece in October 1924 they took their costumes with them, and today they are kept in the museum of the “Nea Sinasos” Association.
