Who dances it: Everyone

A solo men's dance of the Greek-Cypriot tradition, with more elaborate steps and figures than the face-to-face dances. There are many tunes, such as the aptalikos (attaliko), koftos, bekris and aivaliotiko. It is related to the zeibekiko of Asia Minor but has its own Cypriot style.
