Costume Women’s
Occasion Everyday The village dress of the women of Argolida in the 19th century belongs to the type with the sigouni, the sleeveless woollen overcoat. Its base is the white cotton chemise, the kamis, embroidered all round the hem. The red and sea-blue threads of that embroidery are the colours that mark out Argolida.
