The costume of Kritsa in Lasithi is also called "kouda", after a part of the skirt that is tied at the back to form a red tail. It is close to the Anogeia costume, with trousers and long shirts, but the trousers carry wide embroidery that matches the apron. A very long white headscarf is worn.
