A women’s costume of Psara from the early 20th century, of the island type. Over a silk chemise, the tsiboukoto, goes a dark sleeveless dress with rich pleats and a wide tuck about 20 cm above the hem, trimmed with brocade, as on almost all island dresses. The gounela coat was worn over it, and on the head the silk bolia is fixed at the forehead together with the hair.
