A 19th-century bridal and festive costume of the town of Rhodes, worn by young women. It is marked by tarakli, a silk and cotton ikat cloth in vertical stripes, used for the short jacket and the sleeveless dress. Vraka and a chemise are worn under them, and on the head a tarbush with a kerchief.
